"The entire visit at The Palms was fantastic! The hotel was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th Anniversary. The staff was professional and attentive the whole visit. The Spa was exactly what we needed... The lounge had Jazz on Thursday and the Trio was awesome, the breakfast buffet, food we had on the beach, and the dinners that ordered and took back to the room were all delicious! The hotel was very clean and the beach and pool attendants made each visit special. We really enjoyed walking on the boardwalk every morning. "

Her attention to detail, thoughtfulness, professionalism, and calm presence made such a difference from start to finish. Beautiful venue and excellent service

"The Palms was the perfect LGBT friendly venue for us. The in-house coordinator Nataly was on top of the planning process from start to finish, helping us with our vendors and on the day of the wedding. The whole setup for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception was close together but felt very expansive. It looked beautiful. The food was really incredible, especially by wedding standards. We highly recommend getting appetizers for cocktail hour. They were great! Overall our wedding at The Palms was easy to plan and super enjoyable."
